Lodging:
Chestnut Hill has six guestrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests. Additional guests beyond 12 can be accommodated with high-quality portable bedding.  All of our rooms are appointed with private baths, hairdryers, quality personal amenities, pillow-top beds dressed in triple-sheeted, superior-quality cotton linens, lush cozy spa robes, HD flat-screen televisions, and Wi-Fi Internet access.  Extra special touches may include fresh-cut flowers, bottled flat or sparkling water, and homemade tea-time treats and confections.

We can provide as much or as little help as you need when it comes to planning your wedding and reception. From quiet elopements to a large, but elegant, traditional garden wedding, Chestnut Hill Bed & Breakfast Inn is the perfect choice. Here is a variety of wedding packages we provide:

 

Elopement-Intimate Wedding Packages:

Our Elopement-Intimate Wedding packages are for a bride and groom who love garden weddings; however, up to 24 guests may attend for an additional fee. The bride and groom can enjoy their wedding night and as well as an additional evening in one of our luxurious rooms.  

This add-on package includes:
•    Wedding coordinator and full ceremony planning services to include a detailed timeline and schedule of events.  Full wedding rehearsal will be conducted on the eve of your wedding day.
•    Beautifully landscaped grounds, custom created ceremony site with water fountain encircled by 6 free standing Greek columns to create a romantic backdrop for your ceremony and pictures.
•    Use of the grounds, first floor parlors, or lower level social area for your wedding ceremony and reception.
•    Professionally designed hand-tied floral bouquet for bride in your choice of colors.
•    Boutonniere for groom in your choice of color.
•    Real rose petals to decorate the wedding march.
•    Wedding officiant to perform your ceremony.  Ceremony and vows can be customized to provide a meaningful personalized ceremony.  Special ceremonies (wine box, sand, unity candle, etc.) are always welcome.  Delivery of the marriage license to the County Clerk is included.
• Commercial outdoor audio equipment for entire ceremony to include processional, ceremony, recessional, and first dance selections.  Music playlist for your ceremony is custom created using your song selections.  Should you have guests attend your wedding, a lapel microphone for the officiant is included.  Hand held microphones and stands are also available should the ceremony have special readings or live musicians. 
•    Specially created brick medallion along the bridal pathway to allow the bride & groom to celebrate a first dance to their special song after being pronounced husband and wife. Other special dances (father/daughter, mother/son) are welcome. 
•    Staff members will be on site to serve appetizers, pour champagne, and serve cake for your guest’s convenience.
•    Specially decorated sweetheart table for the bride & groom to enjoy during the reception.
•    Champagne toast served to the bride & groom and all wedding guests.  Sparkling cider is available upon request.
•    Light appetizers served to bride & groom and all guests following the wedding ceremony.
•    Two tier wedding cake in your choice of flavors will be cut and served to all guests. Top tier will be preserved to take home and enjoy on your first anniversary.
•    Cake topper designed using fresh flowers in the same colors to match the bridal bouquet. 
•    Pictures taken by our staff (approximately 25) provided on a USB drive to remember your day.  Keep in mind these are amateur quality pictures, if you prefer a higher quality product please inquire regarding recommendations for professional photographers.
•    Concierge service available for dinner reservations after your ceremony. Other concierge services are available to book your next day outing and other outing events during your stay.
•    Evening turn-down service.
•    Full two course gourmet breakfast served in our sun-drenched dining room or in the privacy of your room.
•    Complimentary V.I.P. service to include light appetizer & wine tasting for the bride & groom and all other overnight guests on the first night of arrival served during happy hour between 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
•   Wine tasting tickets for the bride & groom and any other overnight guests to three (3) local vineyards to enjoy on your first day as husband and wife. 


Fee: The base cost of this wedding package is $1,195 and is added to the cost of the required inn accommodations.  This plan is priced for the bride & groom only.  However, additional guests up to 24 may attend for an additional per person fee of $39. 
 

  • Upgrade your Elopement Wedding Package to our Livestream Wedding Elopement Package. 

Share your big day with family and friends that are unable to attend your wedding in person.  Every person with internet access can watch your ceremony in real time, live as it happens.  Should they not be able to view the ceremony in real time, the event will remain active for viewing up to one week after your wedding date.  Whether out of town or out of country, with livestreaming technology the people you invite to view the ceremony can celebrate with you on your special day. This add-on package is available for an additional $400 and can be added to your elopement package wedding.
 

  • Upgrade to our Luxury Elopement Package which includes ceremony livestreaming and complimentary limousine service.

Take your celebration on the road!  With our luxury elopement package, you will enjoy complimentary chauffeured transportation to and from dinner in one of Chestnut Hill’s limousines or ride using our shuttle bus coach service for the bride & groom and their guests.  Service includes use of the limousine/shuttle bus and professional chauffer for up to two and a half hours following your wedding reception.  Upon your return, enjoy champagne & chocolates that will be waiting for you in your room.  Our luxury package not only includes all the benefits of our standard elopement, it will also include the livestreaming of your wedding ceremony for guests unable to attend your ceremony to watch in real time. This value add on package is available for an additional $895 and is able to be added to your elopement package wedding.

Single-Day Wedding Package

For those that don’t wish to stay the night or only wish to stay for a single evening, our single-day wedding package is the perfect choice for tent weddings. We’ve designed this package as a single-day event, from 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and for up to 200 guests. The entire grounds and common areas of Chestnut Hills Bed & Breakfast are yours to enjoy for your bridal pictures, rehearsal, wedding and wedding reception. For an extra fee you are also able to stay the night and continue your festivities until the next morning! Which means you get a wonderful two day and one night wedding excursion. 

Single Day Wedding Package Includes:

•   Use of Chestnut Hill for the day of your wedding from 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., to include all common areas of the inn and grounds for your rehearsal, bridal pictures, wedding ceremony, and reception. Brides & grooms are provided a 6 hour continous time period to host the ceremony and reception.
•   Wedding coordinator and full ceremony planning services. Brides and grooms are given access to wedding planning software that aids in wedding website creation, guest list creation, seating charts, timelines, wedding checklists, and calendars. Unlimited telephone consultations, emails, or meetings with the wedding planning team. 
•  Same day support staff to include: VIP arrival & valet staff, event preparation staff, housekeeping, parking attendants to include placement of directional signs, shuttle greeters, on site tent attendant for the duration of the reception, ceremony coordinator to perform a full wedding rehearsal upon arrival, pre and "real-time" ceremony coaching.

•   With the bride & groom’s input, a floor plan for your reception will be created.  A detailed to-scale diagram will be emailed for online viewing and can be changed to your specifications as needed. This floor plan will be changed to reflect linen colors after a selection is made.  
•    A list of preferred vendors will be provided for your convenience. However, brides and grooms are welcomed to choose their own vendors with at no additional fee. 
•     Beautifully landscaped grounds, custom created ceremony site with water fountain encircled by 6 free standing Greek columns to create a romantic backdrop for your ceremony and pictures. When night falls, enjoy the accent lighting on the grounds including twinkle lit wrapped trees, or gather with your guests on our patio and enjoy the firepit adjacent to our stream fed koi pond. 
•    Use of the Emily Macon Bridal Suite (includes makeup station, bar, and lounge area) for the bride & bridesmaids to prepare for the ceremony.
•    Use of the Groom’s Den (includes 62” plasma TV, pub area with full size refrigerator, and two guest rooms) for the groom & groomsmen to prepare for the ceremony.
•    Shuttle service (shuttle bus coach and/or stretch limousine) to include off-site parking.  Shuttle service includes transportation to and from Chestnut Hill, off-site parking, and all local hotels located within the Town of Orange.
•    White padded ceremony chairs will be provided, erected, and disassembled.
•    Wedding officiant to perform the ceremony.  Ceremony and vows can be custom created to provide a meaningful personalized ceremony.  Special ceremonies (wine box, sand, unity candle, etc.) are always welcome.  Delivery of the marriage license to the County Clerk is included.
•    Commercial outdoor audio equipment, including audio technician, for entire ceremony to include processional, ceremony and recessional selections.  Music playlist for your ceremony is custom created using your song selections.  Lapel microphone for the officiant is included.  Hand held microphones and stands are also available should the ceremony include special readings or live musicians.
•    75’ x 50’ world class structural reception tent with air conditioned solarium style glass enclosure. Pavilion is installed over a hard wood surface, and provides 3,750 square feet of totally carpeted area.  Reception tent includes a 15' covered porch with clear roof for night time star gazing. 
•    Floor length decorative wall draping with valence to create a soft, elegant look.  Dance floor draping including up-lighting to create an ideal backdrop for bridal party head table or sweetheart table. 
•    6 hanging crystal chandeliers for added elegance to light the reception tent. 
•    Dinner tables and all other service tables required (cake, appetizer, bar, etc.) in your choice of size and configuration as well as padded Chiavari chairs will be provided, erected, and disassembled.
•    Size appropriate hardwood dance floor installed for your event.
•    Separate enclosed catering tent (15’x15’) on an oversized pavered pad site adjacent to the reception tent.
•    Luxury restroom facility to include, climate control, running water, lighting, and audio system for music.
•    Exclusive right to reserve accommodations for the bride & groom and guests at Chestnut Hill for your wedding night for an additional fee of $1,490 plus applicable taxes. If this option is exercised, at least four rooms must be rented in conjunction with your wedding package.
•    100 KW Super Silent Standby generator installed onsite in case of landline loss of electricity. 

  • All weddings in the months of July and August include climate control air conditioning, however, fuel consumption is NOT included. 

Fee: Our "Single Day Wedding" package includes the initial 50 individuals attending your event.  The base price for this inclusive package begins at $2,595*.  Chestnut Hill can accommodate up to 200 guests for your wedding day event.  For each guest after the initial 50 attending, there will be a per person charge that varies from $24*.

Two Day Wedding Package

Our two day wedding packages are for couples that simply must have a few days to celebrate their nuptials. Fifty guests are included in this package, but we can accommodate up to 200 guests for an additional charge. You’ll have the use of Chestnut Hill Bed & Breakfast from 3:00 p.m. on your arrival day until 11:00 a.m. two days later. This package includes all the lovely grounds and common areas for your bridal pictures, rehearsal, wedding and reception. This plan is designed for a two-day wedding event that is purchased with the booking of the entire inn for two-nights at a discounted rate of $2,682 plus applicable taxes. This package is not excluded to actual weekends, but just a two-night event during anytime of the week.


Two Day Wedding Package Includes:

•   Use of Chestnut Hill beginning at 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and ending at 11:00 a.m. two days after you arrive.  This includes all common areas of the inn and grounds for your rehearsal, bridal pictures, wedding ceremony, and reception.  Brides & grooms are provided a 6 hour continous time period to host the ceremony and reception.
